What we need for Optimal results on larger cases

  • Preoperative model, Diagnostic wax-ups (we can do this prior to prep; just send us an impression of the existing situation), or a model of the temporaries. These are of great importance in determining the midline, horizontal plane, size of teeth, and function.
  • An all encompassing full arch impression. Full arches let us a balance a case properly, both in size and function.
  • An accurate shade. We can match almost any shade presented.
  • A bite registration of silicon or poly
  • Photographs of unusual shade characterizations or translucency.
  • A brief description of the patients desired results.
