Aluminium oxide (Al2O3), which is also known under its mineralogical name corundum, is the hardest mineral found in nature after the diamond.Alumina substructures are currently available in 0.4 and 0.6 thicknesses and can be manufactured out of the standard white material or a more transparent material.
Zirkon Crowns
The "ceramic steel"
The mineral zirconium oxide ZrO2 is also referred to as ceramic steel and is found as baddeleyite or zirconium earth in nature.
Zircon substructures are currently available in 0.4 and 0.7 thicknesses and can be obtained in new shaded cores. Current shades available are Standard, Light, Medium, and Intense, which allow us to provide you with optimal shade matching.
